At Chainsawdeck, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Not installed, modified, damaged, or missing parts
  • Free from fuel, oil, dirt, or signs of outdoor use
  • Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and packaging materials

Gas-powered products must not be filled with fuel or oil if you wish to return them. For safety and shipping reasons, items that have been used, fueled, oiled, or operated may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product defect.

How to Start a Return

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chainsawdeck.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, a refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns approved within our 30-day return window, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Returned items must meet our return condition requirements. Items that are used, fueled, oiled, damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used gas-powered products
  • Items that have been filled with fuel or oil
  • Items with signs of installation, operation, wear, dirt, or damage
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order items

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or need a different item, please contact us at info@chainsawdeck.com. We will help you check whether an exchange is possible based on product condition and availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chainsawdeck.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be handled as a return after delivery.
